Ok here it goes
Singularity A D+1 21 pts./d 4hd 168 pts.
Attacks has the capacities mass and range with high cap on both.
extras: engulf, radius, daze, duration, controlled effect (enemies and objects only) flaws: horrifying, obvious
Defends has capacities mass and range and the extra interferance
Defends has capacities mass and range and the extra interferance
Basically you throw up a singularity that lasts for 3 rounds doing 4 shock and killing to everything in 10m that is enemy or unattended objects. it can move up to 400lbs. and you can throw it out to 80 yds.
you can scale the power as well and you can use it to defend (although i think i forgot to add duration to the defends qual) anyway as the GM ill als o rule that the knockback pulls instead of pushes. With daze anyone who is in the radius has a -4d penalty
and they will be taking 4 shock and killing to every location for three rounds. You could get evil with this and throw up more than one.
it might also be better to build this as Containment with an attacks quality instead.
