[ORE] A black hole power

I'm trying to make a power that creates "black holes."

I'm tempted to just fiddle with TK but I'm wondering if there's a better way.

I have about a 100 pts to build it with. So I'd like to see what folks come up with for 100pts that says "black hole" to them?
