U is gravity that sucks everything within 5,120 yards at a speed of 1,280 MPH to the center, where it is destroyed utterly by a mini black hole. If you weigh well over a million tons, then the gravity won't move you.
The Interference quality for U gobbles dice in flight, running, and other means of escape, as well as all Sense-based rolls, as the black hole eats sound and em energy. Really, it disrupts pretty much any sort of roll you can imagine. Who can even think in that gravity well? And who has time?
Interference for A allows the hole to eat even invulnerable characters. Mini Black Hole man can only create one hole per scene - but just wait until he gets more experience! He scares the hell out of everyone, because his power is very horrifying.
