[Seattle Go Center] U District Street Fair Volunteer (Next WeeK)

Dear Go Players,

Next Week, May 20-21st, we will be returning to the U District Street fair.  This is a pretty fun event with many people strolling by and checking out what Go is about. We need around 6-8 volunteers to help run the booth and teach the game.  I could still use a few extra vounlteers and another person to help with set up on the 20th (8:30am), and take down (6pm). Please email me if you are interested, and when you can help, and if you can help with set up on the 20th and take down on the 21th.

Thanks so much for your help,

[Seattle Go Center] Women+ Night and Kids Time Reminder

Hey, all.  River is out for a few weeks, but Rose kindly offered to host Women+ Night this Sunday at 6pm.

Also, we continue to have Kids Time every Sunday 3-6pm, except the first Sunday of the month when we have our usual ratings tournament.  We may cancel Kids Time 28 MAY, but we'll send mail on that closer to the date depending on staffing/volunteers.  In addition to Peter who volunteers for this time, there is a new strong player with experience teaching kids coming this week.

I hope folks can get out and enjoy some Go!!

Cheers,
Bill
