Dear Members,
Thanks to our volunteers for all their help last weekend, both with the Korean Club visit to the Go Center and also at the U-District Street Fair.
We have day managers available for most of our Saturdays, but we still need a volunteer for this coming Saturday, May 28 from 1-5. A Day Manager acts as host and teacher. They greet visitors, find games for new players, and instruct beginners. We may have new friends from the Street Fair coming by, so it would be a big help if somebody could meet them.
This weekend, the Ikebana group will be having a workshop at the Go Center, so you can also learn about the way of flowers.
