Wish I was at GenCon this year. *sigh* Alana had a major health issue earlier this year, and we can't afford it. Maybe next year...
 
I've been working along on the backer's Godlike adventure. I'm doing research right now and making plot notes. I have a couple of ubermenschen already statted up.

I went back over my notes on the Black Devils. While there were a few places I skipped that could work as adventures, it didn't really add anything new to what had already been done in the BDB book. (In other words, there's a reason it was trimmed from the book.) Plus, to make a standalone BDB adventure, what with the First Special Service Force's different character creation rules, I'd have to duplicate a few things from the BDB in order for the characters to make sense.

Instead, I'm looking at a completely different battle, with a much different focus.

For BDB players, the battle I'm doing took place during the Italian campaign. You'll be able to insert surviving characters from this adventure into BDB just prior to the FSSF's transfer to Anzio.

For Godlike players who don't have BDB, it will work as a standalone adventure.

The only issue at the moment is that it's turning out to be longer than I originally anticipated, so the backers of the project are going to get a bigger bang for their buck!
