he chose to get dead ringer so that in the future he could learn that
the 'ghost' could look like anyone he wished, not just the character
he believes it is at the moment.
He has booster on range for the 'ghost' +4 for about 110 miles, a bit
limited but a nice one to use willpower/xp on when he realy needs to
travel beyond his current range.
For where the ghost can appear, there is the obvious 'next to
character' default. A safe/save rooms is a great idea. i know he can
appear anywhere in range, but what sort of knoledge of a place would
he need to appear there (have in mind the film jumper and a wall full
of photos, or google maps street view).
I like the bag of holding, but can you have a focus attached to the
ghost miracle.
