[ORE] Re: Powerbuild Astral Projection

I'm trying to wrap this one around my brain as I think this is a shift
to how I perceived the mechanics. Bear with me as I'm trying to work
this out in my head. I'm seeing something I had not seen before. I
have to remember range is approached abstractly.

The On Sight Extra reads a like it works by taking away distance
penalties from Long or Extreme ranges but still within the range of a
miracle. I assumed there was a maximum range (somewhere like 4 to 5
times the normal range), but it does not really say that.

When we apply the On Sight Extra, the Range mechanics get something
interesting. Because a normal 4d Attacks miracle would have an 80 yard
range, its long range between 80 to 160 yards (for -1d penalty), and
extreme range would be anything 160+ yards (1 gobble die), when remove
the range penalties, which I assume includes both Long and Extreme
ranges, anything 160 yards and beyond would be considered extreme, and
you can then attack anything you can see without range penalty,
anywhere in the universe.

Interesting, and it makes the miracle less expensive and easier to
construct.
