the initial question should be is it a miracle, if it's a hyped up
ability a normal human could do it can be a hyperstat / hyperskill, if
its something no normal human can do, it's a miracle. (First page of
what is a power from the book)

if they want to buy dice in two things by only buying one thing, tell
them no to be cocky and just buy the same dice in both.

(i've learnt that although WT seems so easy to break, points wise, a
DM will set the limit on what they will accept and a level playing
field is established.)
