Hello.
I just recently launched a new Wild Talents campaign, titled
"Incarnate."
The setting is of my own design. It takes place in the present day,
and the PCs are currently playing through the drastic, world-changing
events and circumstances that bring Meta-Humanity into the world. It's
all very mysterious. The PCs don't know anything. Our first session,
which happened about a week ago, now, started the characters off, just
living their normal lives when suddenly everything changed. There was
a horrible disaster that affected most of the continental United
States as a terrible Earthquake, but manifested as something far more
dire in its epicenter. However, no one has yet been able to travel
into it to examine what's happened. The players began to manifest
certain, unsteady but developing superhuman abilities that they do not
yet begin to understand. News reports have begun to come in from all
over the place of people reporting strange phenomena occurring here
and there, and a few people have even been caught on camera performing
seemingly impossible feats. A man was seen, seemingly unconscious
floating above the debris of a fallen building. A woman was seen
walking through walls, etc. Right now the PCs are caught up in the
swirl of events and are struggling to come to grips not only with
their newly discovered abilities, but also with a world that is
currently in the midst of the chaos of a world-wide disaster that is
still in the process of unfolding.
Along with the traditional sessions, I've included a narrative blog
chronicling things happening in the world alongside the events of the
campaign, as well as some events from recent history that lead-up to
the state of things at campaign-start.
Thought I'd put a link to the blog up, in case anybody might want to
check it out.
Enjoy!
