Dear Go Members
We would like to show our guests from the Nihon Ki-in in Japan how active our members are. Please come visit today (Tues, Jan. 24) during our regular hours, 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. We have lots planned.
Ms. Chizu Kobayashi 5D will be playing simultaneous games at 3:30 p.m., and give a lecture in the evening, at 7:30 p.m. Ms. Kobayashi is also the executive director of the Nihon Ki-in, which provided the original funding for the Seattle Go Center. They own our building. She is traveling with Mr. Ito, who is also from the Nihon Ki-in.
Of course, Chris K. will be baking bread, and there will plenty of opportunities to play Go. We hope to see you today,
