Splitting ActionsThis is the big one. It is basically written that every rank of spray lets you use an extra set of matches for free. If you split actions exclusively using a part with spray (which is, take 2 actions with a spray bit), do you drop a die and then use another set of matches on top of that if applicable (That is, splitting actions with Spray x1 lets you drop a die to use 3 sets)?
If you roll that many sets, yes.
But at least one set needs to be used on the action that had the Spray dice.
Additionally, how do you count splitting actions if using multiple parts with spray? Do you count the spray numbers from both parts and add sets equal to those (splitting actions on 2 parts with spray x1 would potentially allow you to use 4 sets)?
I'm not sure what you mean by multiple parts. For multiple actions, you use the smallest of all the dice pools involved.
With Awesome x2The way we've played it for a while is that splitting actions with multiple Awesome x2 locations basically allows you to set 2 dice after the roll only to create matches for each part. That is 2, different locations following a 0,3,4,5,5,9 roll could make 2x10 and 3x5 (or 2x9 if you want higher rolls).
Again for multiple actions you don't add the dice pools together, you use the lowest one. So you won't get two Awesomex2 dice. Just the one from the dice pool that you wind up using.
