It's not at all what you've presented, but I put together a D&D/Ars
Magica amalgam Magic System for REIGN a while ago... you're free to
look it over... I have it posted as a Google Doc. It has more in
common with the generalized Magic System rules put out in one of the
REIGN supplements and some of the stuff from Monsters and Other
Childish things than with Wild Talents.
