The more expensive one is 6x larger (40 MB compared to 6) and
includes a free PDF copy of WT:Essential Edition (which is normally
5$). It's also more recent (April 2011 rather than Sep 2009)...

Looks like Greg self published eCollapse on Lulu before Arc Dream
released it (My copy is the earlier one) Don't know if the "second
edition" made any (substansive) changes...
