This Sunday, May 20, we will be holding the Iwamoto Youth 19x19 Tournament, with registration at 1:00 p.m. This tournament is often the first AGA rated tournament that our youth play. It is free to all players under 18 who have a youth membership in the AGA. Youth can join the AGA on the day of the tournament ($10/year), or sign up in advance on-line at:
The tournament will have two sections: an open section (all even games) with cash prizes, and a handicapped section with books and equipment as prizes. The first place cash prize will be $50. The tournament will have 3 rounds, and should be done by 5:30 p.m.
