There are "more than a hundred thousand" Talents worldwide at the end of the war. Approximately 30K+ are discovered by the American/British program during their existence (many came before, and after).
Does anyone have a rough idea of a good ratio for Talents to normal troops in the Godlike setting?--
I'm just looking for a quick way to judge how many Talents may be in the area based on the normal units present. I've been using a ratio of 1 in 10,000 but was wondering if that seems too high or too low for folks.
