Hey all,
I have a question about Powers with the Speed Capacity and how that interacts with how much the character can carry while moving at that speed.
I'm inclined to say they can lift and move around with amounts similarly to the info that outlines max lift and sprint speed based on your Body score on page 40 of the Essential Edition.
But then I think maybe the Speed Capacity just moves you and then you would need to add a Touch Capacity to move any extra weight.
What do you think?
