-- Second bit: We've posted a Better Angels variant for giving a little more detail to maybe-not-so-minor-after-all NPCs -- the types you want to handle as individuals, not part of a mob, but who aren't worth a full set of stats. Give the character one dice pool for actions and for taking damage and you're ready.
