Dear Go Players,

The 2013 Go Congress handbook is now available as a pdf.  It’s a pretty big file (4.6 MB)  In case you hadn’t heard, Go Congress starts this Saturday, Aug. 3, at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma.
