Dear Outreach Volunteers,
Sakura Con weekend is almost here! We will be doing outreach and teaching on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, April 18-20, in room 305 of the Washington State Convention Center (downtown on Pike St near 6th Ave). This is the same room as last year – just go up the escalator to reach us on the third floor. Turn left when you reach the 3rd floor. We are between the “Cosplay Repair Station” and Mahjong. You do not need a convention pass to reach us.
Volunteers who are getting presenter badges need to pick up them up from the “Press and Industry Office”, room 213 on the 2nd floor near the escalator. Bring your I.D. Volunteers who are not getting badges can come directly to our room. Our volunteer schedule looks pretty balanced, so new volunteers can come when it is convenient for them.
Our official hours are: Friday, April 19, 10 am to 8 pm; Saturday, April 20, 10 am to 8 pm, Sunday, April 21, 10 am to 4 pm. We will probably stay open much later on Friday and Saturday evening than our posted hours.

We have a 13x13 Tournament on Sunday, starting at 10:00. Everybody can play, but the prizes are reserved for the regular Sakura Con attendees.
