[Seattle Go Center] DDK Class Tomorrow: The Newest Pro

Hi Everyone!

We will kick off our 2015 Double-Digit Kyu class tomorrow with a game from the recent AGA Pro Tournament. As you may or may not know, Ryan Li won and is now the world's freshest professional go player (see here: http://www.usgo.org/news/)

The Ryan Li game that we will analyze will come from the finals; where Ryan Li faced Eric Lui and both players fanatically abandoned their own stones to gain advantages elsewhere on the board. The middle of the game focused on both player's weakest groups running to the center and looked liked it might come down to a giant capturing race. However, Ryan planned a series of brilliant middlegame tesuji that ensured safety for all groups (temporarily). Come tomorrow evening to find out what happened next!

Note: There will be no class meeting on the following week in observance of MLK day
