For a long while now Paul Mitchener (Blood of the Gods; Age of Arthur) has been working on a campaign setting book for Reign. It's for a new setting, with the descendants of a lost Roman legion living and struggling in cities they've built in a magical Celtic otherworld.
It's far enough along that we want to start playtesting. I expect we'll playtest it for a couple of months starting April 1st.
If you're interested (AND if you have a group of interested players -- please ask them first!), please email shane@arcdream.com. Please include "Ninth Legion playtesting" in the subject header for my reference. As usual we don't have any particularly onerous NDA requirements, only a "please don't talk about the details in public while they're still in development" honor system, which nobody has abused yet.
