Dear Members,
This weekend, Saturday July 18 and Sunday July 19, we will be doing outreach at the Bon Odori festival, at the Seattle Betsuin Buddhist Temple, at 1427 South Main St, Seattle 98144. This is on the edge of the International District. I often park on South Jackson St, east of Rainier Ave.

We will be in the activity hall, along with Ikebana, historic displays, and martial arts demonstrations. Our member Aki Sato will also be displaying one of his amazing art projects. Outside, there will be Japanese folk dancing in the street, and food booths. The festival is a late afternoon and evening affair. On Saturday we will be there from 4 pm to 8 pm or later; on Sunday, from 3 pm to 8 pm. Come join us!
Cheers,
Brian
