[ORE] How do you handle invisibility powers?

So you have 10d stock cafeteria invisibility power. You roll 2x8. The enemy rolls a 2x7 2x10 3x7. Is it just it's on at a 2 wide initiative and they make reflexive sense roll to sniff him out. Would the 3 wide be to quick and hit. Would he still get reduced.
