[Seattle Go Center] Anniversary Tournament has been rated

Dear Go Players,

Our  20^th Anniversary Tournament has been rated by the American Go Association.  Your AGA rating now includes this tournament.  Thanks to Bill Chiles and Dan Top for handling this big tournament (48 players!) so smoothly.
