[Seattle Go Center] Go Congress games on KGS and in archive

Dear Members,

 

The KGS Go Server (www.gokgs.com) is broadcasting the top games from the Go Congress right now.  Since they are on East Coast time, the games are pretty far along already.   Look for  USGO1, USGO3, etc. when you are trying to find the Go Congress games on KGS.

 

To look at archived games from the Masters Open Tournament, you can download .sgf files from the tournament crosstab, and go through them with your favorite .sgf reader.

You can download the .sgf files from underlined games – just click on them to get started. 

 

If you are using windows, the free Drago program works quite well for reading .sgf files and replaying games.

If you want to check on how your buddies are doing at the Go Congress, here is the crosstab for the Open.  I believe the names are numbered in the order they signed up, so you might want to use a search option to find them:
