[Seattle Go Center] DDK class starts Monday, Sept 19, and completes our schedule

Dear Go Players,

The Double Digit Kyu Players Class (DDK) will start up this fall with two sessions by Jonathan Cheng, on Monday Sept 19 and Sept 26.  Nick Sibicky will return to teach later this fall, probably on Oct. 3.  This class is for players in the 20 kyu to 10 kyu range.  If you do not know what your rating is, but you can finish a 19x19 game, this class is for you.  Stronger players also enjoy this class and are welcome to attend, as long as they respect the instructor’s plan to keep the lessons accessible to DDK players.

We are now running our full fall schedule, with classes on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.  We are now open on Thursday afternoons at 2, with Lucy as host. We continue to be open on Tuesdays from 1-10 pm, our biggest day, and Saturdays 1-7 pm.

We also have a new meet-up/outreach event at Hurry Curry in the South Lake Union area, starting Monday, Sept 19.  Other meet-ups are at Zoka’s Coffee House in Tangletown, Uwajimaya in the International District, The Couth Buzzard in Greenwood, and Crossroads in Bellevue.  For more information,  please visit:

Cheers,

Brian
