Dear Members,
Registration for the Children’s Tournament will be from 1 – 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. First games will be soon after that. (Some of my previous announcements had an earlier time.) If you know you are coming, it would be helpful if you sent me an email, but it is not required.
This will be a beginner-friendly children's tournament using the 9x9 and 13x13 boards. I will be the tournament director. There will be equipment prizes, book prizes, and fun little things for all - winners choose first. We expect to finish around 4 pm. No charge. We will have cake during a break; if parents want to bring other snacks that would be great.
