For the duration your mind occupies another's body and their mind resides in yours. This gives control of any powers and skills to you while giving control of your powers and skills to them.
If you end the power's duration while outside its range your consciousness dissolves before returning to your body and you die.
I don't like overthinking things.

Especially if you want to be able to swap bodies with people with other powers, etc?--My first thought is like doing it as Power Mimic or whatever, but with some usable on others and stuff like that so essentially you each adopt each others' stats, but that sounds impossibly expensive in addition to being complicated to stat.
