[Seattle Go Center] Annual Meeting Sunday March 19 at 2 PM

Dear Members,

The Annual Meeting of the Seattle Go Center will be on Sunday Afternoon, March 19, from 2 - 3 p.m. All members are
welcome. We will have a short slide show, snacks, and reports on the year. Donors to our Go board refinishing project
will be asked to sign the backside of our newly redone boards.

There will be elections for three positions on our 9 person nonprofit Board of Directors. The positions are currently held
by Bill Chiles, Lee Anne Bowie, and Dengda (Dan) Tang. Lifetime, Yearly and Quarterly members have voting rights in the
election. (In other words, they are "voting members".) If you are a voting member, please come to this meeting, or find
another voting member to take your proxy for the election.

After the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will meet. If you have not been elected to the Board, this is a good time
to get in a game or two.
