[Seattle Go Center] Assistant Go teacher needed - Eastside

Dear Members,

Sonny Cho 6d is teaching a children’s Go class (weiqi) at the Northwest Chinese School in Bellevue.  This is a Saturday class at Newport High School.  He needs a new assistant teacher, because his current assistant will soon be traveling to Japan.  Most of the students are DDK players, but some have progressed to SDK levels.

This can be a paid position, if you are eligible to work in the U.S.

Of course, we welcome volunteers as well.

The eight classes are:

1. April 15th

2. April 22nd

3. April 29th

4. May 6th

5. May 13th

6. May 20th

    May 27th (No School, Memorial weekend)

7. Jun 3rd

8. Jun 10th

1:00 pm regular class

2:00 pm one to one class

Newport High School in Bellevue

The regular class is small, only 7 students, and they are all enthusiastic.  This is a great opportunity to learn from Sonny Cho as you teach.
