got a first shot at the banish power, with some numbers

useful (5/dice): Banish (switch plane of existence and cannot interact with the other dimension)
capacity: range extra/flaws: endles +3, go first +3, if using go first then add "self only"-3, radius +2, if using radius then add "fragile" and "obvious" -2

Defends (7/dice): insubstantial
hardened defense +2, interference +3, permanent +4, attached -2, if/then (only across dimension) -2

the idea is: the useful power move targets in and out of the rift. you cannot interact on things on the other side.
it can be activate fast but self only, or crete an area that banish anything that enters, but can be interrupted by damage and make gostly sound.

any time someone is targeted by banish, it gets insubstantial (by permanent and attached) and get lots of HD in har.

5HD in insubstantial should do the trick (70 points)
doing a kerberos club character, that leave me with 50 point for the banish.
taking 5 dice should do, so it costs 25 point.

is that any good?
