[Seattle Go Center] U District Cherry Blossom Festival - not this year

Hello fellow Go enthusiasts,

Recently I asked for volunteers for a new cherry blossom event in the University District. As concerns about the COVID-19 outbreak continue to increase, the Go Center is not participating in the event this year. I haven't yet gotten confirmation that the event is cancelled, but I'm certain it will be, since UW is asking people to stay away, in accordance with Governor Inslee's emergency order against crowds larger than 250 people:

Thanks to everyone who volunteered -- I hope next year's event will be great! And hopefully, if the outbreak is contained more successfully, maybe you can volunteer at our outreach events in May, June, July.

Thanks, and hoping to see you at the Go Center (but not today),
