Android based cheap laptop platform

Hi,
    There is a hardware selling on www.taobao.com.
    ARM CPU 800Mhz
    256M DDR ram
    2G Flash
    Android2.2 /WinCE 6.0  (original CE , ported to android)
    3USB
    TouchPad(Mouse)
    Touch Screen (Optional/ if don't need, $9 cheaper )
   
    Total:405RMB( about $60, $51 without TouchScreen)

    I wonder if anyone like to consider this new platform.
    so far as i know ,nes-emu,dosbox,debian-chroot are all available or possible on android 2.2
