i recommend toshiba ac100, it could been bought in a bout 1k+ RMB from taobao(mine is 1k2 last year)
and hackers has installed ubuntu in it
beside the ubuntu's official realease directory include its image file.
if you care about lower price, then i recommend ainol's novo7 paradin, which has a mips chip inside(jz4770)
and they announce that its the first android 4.0 tablepc in global, its price is 499 RMB, you can connect a usb keyboard to it, so that we can coding on it
