I've been totally making all my character at 250 and have been pretty stoked with the results. The sample characters at 400 points made me go, "whoa!". But that is only because I haven't built them at that level. I like the sample characters and the articles. Really got me thinking about new ways to make powers. So thanks!
I've only been running the game which is why I'm making a bunch of characters. Maybe I should have a character creation session to see what people come up with. One of these days I'll get to play...
