[ORE] Godlike Basic Training skill packages?

We're toying around with making some new characters for Godlike and although the main book has the TOG skills and Bulletin 3 has the SIS skills and Black Devil's has the SSF skills....is there anywhere that gives just Basic Training?  I thought I had seen it once but can't seem to find it anywhere.  I know I could just use some of the existing skills points to buy "Rifle" or "Pistol" but we're trying to keep everyone as raw recruits.  20 points for non-military skills and then anything else from training.
