Haven't seen Ant-Man, so can't help with that. You might find this thread on RPG.Net useful, though:
For Hawkeye, I'd take at least three versions of the "I just pulled a creative use of my power out of my ass" power, one as statted for useful, one for attacks instead of useful, and one for defense instead of useful. I'd attach them to a focus (his bow), and maybe even attach to his quiver or build the power so it can be depleted (using up the arrows, though he rarely only ran out of arrows when someone decided it was necessary for a plot complication).
Another way is to build a basic power with multiple qualities. Use one Attack quality for attack arrows, and maybe a second attack quality with penetration and greater damage for armor piercing arrows. One Defends quality for basic deflect-the-bad-guy's-attack arrows. Then either buy the "I just pulled a creative use of my power out of my ass" power for everything else, or create a Useful quality for each type of useful arrow you have available (grapple with rope, flash/bang grenade arrow, what have you). You could also add the Attached flaw and Permanent extra so that instead of rolling for the power, you roll for an Archery (or Ranged Weapon: Bow) skill.
I tend to go with the simpler builds that are easy for the player to understand, so I'd personally go with the second option.

For Ant-man, I'd like a size shift as seen on the las Marvel movie. Using books size shift with some HD and some flaw or extra to make it ON/OFF seems the correct answer, but... sice your mass and height changed, are you able to attack to your full capabilities? I mean, using your full body and brawling dice. I guess it's a yes, but I can't find the answer on the book. Also, I can't think of a way to stat the SPOLER AHEAD, SELECT TO UNCOVER "molecule level" stunt seen on the movie.Thank you for your time.
