[ORE] [Wild Talents] Invulnerable vs non physical attacks

Would the useful effect of invunerable using veritable effect to switch to telepathy negate damage from telepathy or any non physical attack.

Also would a environmentally damage of 4HD chemical fire overwhelm a 2HD invulnerable to fire.
