[ORE] Hyper Charm vs. Mind Control

Hi all,

Am just working on a character and I am struck with the quandary of whether to give him 10d of Hyper Charm or 10d of Mind Control.

Obviously Mind Control is half the price, before extras/flaws, but my question is; is there anything you can do with the Mind Control miracle that you couldn't do with Hyper Charm?

Thoughts?
