[Seattle Go Center] Annual Meeting this Sunday March 20 2PM

Dear Members,

Here is a friendly reminder that our one-hour annual membership meeting is coming up on Sunday, March 20 at 2 PM. There will be special snacks! The annual meeting will feature a short slide show of recent Go Center events, including our 20th Anniversary Celebration. We will have short reports on the budget and activities of the Go Center, and the election of three people to the Board of Directors, which has 9 members total.

If you are a voting member of the Seattle Go Center, and you are not coming, please arrange for a voting member who is coming to vote your proxy. (An agreement by email is sufficient.) We need to meet the 25% quorum requirements of our bylaws.

There will be a Board Meeting following the annual meeting at 3:00 p.m. The rest of you can play Go!
