[Seattle Go Center] Holiday schedule with party Tues Dec. 26

Dear Go Players,

Drew will be hosting the Go Center tonight, Dec. 20,  from 6 pm until pretty late.  There will be casual games, and perhaps some instruction for Single Digit Kyu (SDK) Players.

On Thursday, Dec. 21, we will be open our regular hours, from 2 pm to 9 pm.  Nathan will be there in the afternoon, and both evening classes are starting at 6:30.  Jonathan’s class has morphed into a DDK – SDK class as his students have gotten stronger.  Larry will be available for beginners and near beginners.

We will be closed on Saturday, Dec. 23.

We will also be closed on Monday, Dec. 25  (Christmas)

However, we will be open on Tuesday, Dec. 26, and we will be having our holiday party.   If you have Christmas dinner leftovers, bring them to share.  We will get a beer and wine permit, so drinks can be shared as well.  We open at 1:00 p.m.; we will put out the food around 6 p.m.  This will be a great time to show off any new tesujis you got for Christmas.  We will close at 10 pm, or perhaps later if somebody with a key wants to stay.

Have a wonderful Solstice! (Dec. 21)  As a photographer and former Alaskan, this holiday is very important to me.  The light will be coming back!

Cheers,

Brian
