In REIGN, another ORE game, you would be correct: The wider set activates/attacks/defends/moves first. The opponent loses a point off width of the set if it's a hit.

I presume it's the same in Wild Talents.

Wraith went first with a wider set then the 2x10 of doc, hit it and removed a die from doc set, ruining it and stopping the transformation. Is this correct?
