[Seattle Go Center] Pair Go / Rengo Survey

Hello, Go enthusiasts,

Your friendly neighborhood Go organizers are seeking input on our annual Rengo / Pair Go events. Please take a quick, 2-question survey on time regimes and gender in Rengo / Pair Go:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZDVCQF2

For those who don't know, "Pair Go" is a team version of Go, like "mixed doubles" in tennis. It's traditionally been a female player and a male player on one side of the board, vs. a female and male on the other side of the board. You can read more: http://www.worldpairgo.org/
Historically, "Pair Go" has been seen as a way to invite more female players into ranks of Go players. And for several years, the Go Center has held a popular Pair Go tournament in December.

Meanwhile, "Rengo" is a team version of Go, with two players on each team, but gender of the players is irrelevant. And the Go Center's popular annual June Rengo tournament is approaching.

One of the questions is about time limits on games at our Pair Go / Rengo tournaments: sudden death, or byo-yomi overtime? The other question is about the gender composition of Pair Go teams: Keep the traditional International Pair Go Association gender rules at the December event, or modify them? Survey:

Thanks for your participation! It helps us plan.

See you soon at the Go Center,

PS - Why did the Go player start crying?

(He was in a sente mental mood.)
Thanks, Ned!
